Our 30-day guarantee
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items should be returned in a resaleable condition with any original packaging where possible.
Statutory cancellation rights
In addition to our guarantee, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason and receive a refund. This is separate from, and in addition to, the 30-day guarantee above.
Requesting a return
Email support via the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
When you'll be refunded
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method via Stripe. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the funds.
Who pays return postage
For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover return costs and issue a full refund or free replacement.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo. In most cases we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund without needing the item back. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
