These terms
These terms govern your use of the Bosch website and any purchase you make from Bosch. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.
Cancellation & returns
You may return an item within 30 days for a refund of the product price, in addition to your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See the Refund Policy for how to return.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law & jurisdiction

Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases such as suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, or stock being unavailable.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes. Payment is taken in full at the time of order and is processed securely by Stripe. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment is received in full.
Delivery & dispatch
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed; risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.
