Delivery areas
We offer free tracked delivery on every order across the United Kingdom. We currently do not ship outside the UK.
Changing your address
Need to change your delivery address? Contact support via the contact page as soon as possible — we can update it any time before dispatch.
Dispatch times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the next business day.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking details once it ships. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
Order tracking
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll track it down or reship it.
